Hosted by the Mt Waverley Traders Association, “Thriving Together: Building a Healthier Community” is an event designed to promote health, fitness, and well-being among our local community and residents. From meditation classes and health screenings to nutrition workshops and wellness talks, there’s something for everyone. Meet local health professionals, enjoy live demonstrations, and explore resources that support your well-being. Sound Bowl session will be facilitated by Robyn Mumford from In My Room Meditation. Local healthcare experts will also be present to talk about what they do and how their local services can be accessed by locals to improve their health and wellbeing.
Healthy snacks and drinks will be provided for all participants.

We will be offering free hearing assessment during Wellness Week and special hearing aid demonstrations and trials. Learn about the latest technology, benefits and features. Listen to what devices with artificial intelligence (AI) and Bluetooth (BT) connectivity sound like. You will be invited to join us for a tea/coffee at the Soulful Home café to experience the difference and improvement in hearing for yourself.
This event is perfect for you if you have trouble with your hearing and would like to know if your hearing can be improved. It is also for anyone who presently uses hearing aids but is not obtaining great outcomes or optimal hearing with these devices. This could be because your devices are older technology, require a service/repair or require better attention to programming and/or fine-tuning.
