Trevor still works in the shop as a casual along with two full-time staff members Zac and Toby and another casual, Jack. “All our food has been dry aged and is all naturally grown,” Kumar said. “There are no added hormones, preservatives or chemicals.” The range of tender juicy and delicious cuts available at PK Free Range Butcher includes grass fed free range beef, chicken, pork, veal and lamb. PK Free Range Butcher specialise in home made sausages in a variety of flavours such as lamb and rosemary, chicken and chive, beef, bratwurst and English pork.
